While exploring La Habra with the rough life of enjoying the scenario I had got to hear about “Measure V” a necessary step to raise taxes for the city and cities around Anaheim to maintain look and standard for city services as a local revenue by raising the sales tax from 8.25% to 8.75% a .50% raise. This would include comparing it to La Habra Heights at 9.5% which is a lot more than La Habra itself as well just to maintain safety and help keep life on The Harbor safer.
