The Custodial Act

“Never.” She cried.

It had disappeared in the way. The beautiful card diamonds, a necklace so beautiful it glistened in the desert. The sand whipped in a storm around the building while it shined. The police had her surrounded in the heat. Her mascara ran down her cheeks as she tried to stop, but who would have framed her. The dealer had no clue what had happened to them, the couple that came to view it out of the vault. The way he knew the set was through his sister in custodial that knew why?

“We have to move the table.”

“No, I think I can get through.”

“They wrongfully terminate. I say we wrongfully class-action them.”

“What do you mean?”

“I mean create a distraction by removing the desk from the office.”

“It would never work.”

“Call it The Custodial Act.”
